Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

Montcalia.ch is committed to offering high-quality products and excellent service. Please note that there is no statutory right of withdrawal in Switzerland. Our return policy is therefore granted voluntarily and follows the recommendations of the HANDELSVERBAND.swiss

2. Return Policy

2.1 Period and Conditions

  • Customers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt.
  • Returns can be made without providing reasons.
  • Goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with intact labels.

  • Return Costs: The customer bears the cost of the return.
  • No Depreciation: No deduction from the refund amount will be made, provided the goods were only tested to assess their nature, properties, and functionality.

2.2 Refund

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, the purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • If the goods are returned damaged or excessively worn, Montcalia.ch may make a reasonable deduction from the refund amount or issue an invoice for the depreciation.

3. Exclusion of the Right of Return

The right of return is excluded for the following products:

  • Food and beverages (for hygienic and safety reasons).
  • Medications, dietary supplements, and other remedies (for safety reasons).
  • Custom-made and personalized items that were specifically manufactured for the customer.
  • Copyright-protected items such as CDs, DVDs, or books, if the original packaging has been opened.
  • Hygienically sensitive items such as contact lenses, opened perfumes, and toothbrushes.
  • Consumables that have been opened or unsealed (e.g., toner, batteries).
  • Electronic devices that have already been put into operation.
  • Free items or promotional gifts.

4. Return Procedure

  • The return is made directly to the above-mentioned address.
  • No prior contact is necessary.
  • If the goods are lost or damaged during return shipping, the customer bears the risk.

5. Applicable Law

This return policy is subject to Swiss law.

Montcalia.ch reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Changes will be published on the website.
