🫖 Preparation – quick & easy

1. Place 1–2 g of matcha into a pre-warmed matcha bowl (1–2 chashaku scoops).
2. Add 50–200 ml of water at approx. 80 °C (176 °F) depending on desired strength.
3. Whisk with a bamboo whisk (chasen) for 15–20 seconds in quick zigzag motions.
4. Enjoy as Koicha (thick) or Usucha (thin).

For matcha latte: Combine prepared matcha with frothed milk or plant-based milk – creamy, mild and aromatic.
