Rosita Extra Virgin Cod Liver Oil (EVCLO) is produced from wild-caught Atlantic cod (Gadus morhua) harvested in Norwegian waters. The oil is extracted without heat, chemicals or industrial processing to preserve its natural composition. Each batch is independently tested and bottled in small quantities.

Recommended intake

• Adults: 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) daily.
• Children: 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) according to professional advice.
• Start with a smaller amount if sensitive.

Storage & shelf life

• Refrigerate upon receipt.
• Use within 3 months after opening.
• Unopened bottles may be stored in the freezer for up to 3 years.
• Cold temperatures may cause cloudiness or thickening.
