How to make perfect matcha 💡

1. Add 1–2 g of matcha powder to a matcha bowl (chawan).
2. Pour in 70–100 ml of hot water (70–80 °C) – not boiling!
3. Whisk briskly in M or W motions using your bamboo whisk.
4. After 20–30 seconds, a rich green foam appears – your matcha is ready!
5. Rinse the whisk with warm water (no soap) and let it air-dry.
