1. Add 1 level teaspoon (approx. 2 g) of matcha to a bowl.
2. Pour in approx. 70–100 ml of hot water (80 °C, not boiling).
3. Whisk using a matcha whisk (chasen) in an M or W motion until frothy.
4. Optional: Add frothed plant-based barista milk to create a creamy latte.
